This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The location is excellent, situated in the centre of town with a nice view of the lakes and snow-capped mountains. The rooms, although basic, have a nice view and are equipped with black curtains to block out the light.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was very good and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the mountains, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are easy to book, and fresh towels are provided daily. if you’re a light sleeper or enjoy peace and quiet, you might not enjoy your stay here. the restaurant can be quite noisy, and if you’re unlucky, you might get a room next to it. the breakfast is quite limited, and the wifi only works in the lobby.
One downside of this hotel is that they only accept Mastercard, and not everyone has that.

The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and worth the stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and had a good variety of options. The location of the hotel is also convenient as it is close to the main town and attractions.
The rooms and bathrooms were quite small and outdated. The staff seemed to lack communication skills, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the stunning views of the Cordillera and the lake, which were absolutely breathtaking. the area where the hotel is located felt secluded and offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast was decent and provided a good start to my day.
the walls were incredibly thin, and I could hear every sound from other rooms, including TV and conversations.
